I go here every month, every Wednesday. This is the best homey, fancy, French food that I’ve eaten and can eat over and over again. They managed to make normal, traditional combinations new and exciting using the simplest ingredients. The food blows my mind every time I go and I was on the fence about whether to gatekeep this restaurant but they truly deserve more recognition. The service is also excellent as the servers are always so friendly and easy to chat with. For the fine food they serve, the ambience is spectacularly comfortable rather than condescending which elevates my appreciation for this restaurant even more. Probably one of my favorite restaurants in the world so far.

We’ve stopped here on the way to Quebec City. So glad we did; it was totally worth it. We had a fantastic experience here. And we will definitely come back when the chance comes. The food was delicious and beautifully set. The ambiance is so cozy and charming. The staff was super welcoming and friendly; they made sure everyone in our party felt comfortable, especially the little ones.

Stopped by for dinner on our way from Montreal to Quebec City. My family and I had our best meal here on our recent trip. My wife’s French was a bit rusty but our server was very welcoming and accommodating. He also made an amazing cocktail that was very balanced and delicious (I’ve had my share of overly sweetened cocktails) and he also selected and excellent wine to pair with my fish main course, which was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place and will be back again when visiting Canada!!

We had a lovely meal at Le Buck on our recent trip to Trois-Rivieres. It was Valentines Day, and while that is not an important holiday for us, we made reservations in advance knowing that for many it is and we may have trouble getting a table. The staff were lovely and were very attentive about my wife's food allergy. We chose a "secret" prix fixe menu where we were given a set of ingredients but the specific dishes were a surprise. Every bit of it was delicious and the suspense added to the enjoyment. At no point did we feel rushed, despite the restaurant being very full and it being a dining holiday. My wife speaks French, but I can just barely get by, but the staff were very accommodating to me.

I wish it was possible to give Le Buck even more stars. From start to finish, this was an exceptional dining experience. Our server spent time with us going over the wine list to make sure we had the perfect pairings, and explained the menu in great detail. We ordered family style (steak frites, salads, fresh vegetables, arctic char, cheesecake) and everything blew us away. We had a lovely time on the patio on a perfect summer night, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit, but this was a world class meal. I'd definitely repeat.

Fabulous dining experience on a lovely patio with friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food! I has the canard et crevette. Superbly cooked and the duck was beautifully. Accompanying vegetables were fresh and delicious. My partners meal - porc ribs - were also delicious and well prepared. Desert was also freshly made and nicely flavored. Wish they featured a more local wine - only international choices.

Best place to eat in Trois Rivieres: really nice atmosphere and great service. The menu offers a variety of typical dishes of the area, all of great quality. I particulary reccomend the beef. Good price for the quality Will 100% come back
